It’s only been a four day week, but we’re already exhausted and the overcast skies haven’t helped brighten our mood. But our spirits should change this weekend – and not just because it’s set to be warm and sunny. Commonwealth Games England has revealed the 12 Londoners selected to play a vital role when the Queen’s Baton Relay arrives in London next weekend. The community heroes were nominated for their contributions to their communities in youth politics, coaching, education and sports.

This award-winning tipple has London at its heart – with the honey sourced from the city’s beekeepers and sold at Maltby Street Market in Bermondsey. Hannah tells us why honey and beer is such a winning combination, where she likes to spend an evening in east London, and why encountering bees on a London rooftop gave her that eureka moment.
