It’s the scariest day of the year. So, in the spirit of things we grilled Matthias Hoene, the director of Cockneys vs Zombies – a blood and gore-filled zombie comedy film set in east London. Our residents watched the film in East Village yesterday while sipping blood cocktails and donning their pearly jacket or blood-soaked overcoat. But to get you all in the mood for Halloween, we grilled Matthias about his inspiration behind the film and most importantly – where he likes to buy his pie and mash.
