St Patrick’s Day Festival

Did you know, the London St Patrick’s Day Festival is now in its sixteenth year? More than 125,000 people visit London to join in the celebrations, and you can expect an event full of the best Irish food, music, arts and of course – dance! Spanning over 3 days there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Head down to Trafalgar Square to experience an incredible line-up of well-known Irish acts, rising stars and special guests. The best part about this festival? It’s completely free to attend!

St Patrick’s Film Festival London 2018

Friday 16th March: 1:45pm – Sunday 18th March: 8:30pm
If you’re a fan of film, then this is the weekend for you. As part of the official London St Patrick’s Day Festival, Irish Film London will be hosting film screenings, workshops and director Q&A’s at the Prince Charles Cinema and the London Film School. Join in and celebrate Irish Film and Animation in the UK. The festival will kick off on Friday with two FREE programmes of short films including Ian Power’s The Tattoo and Late afternoon. Later that day, head over to Leicester Square for a screening of Damo & Ivor plus a Q&A with the director, then kick back and relax with the kids for a free family screening of Moon Man. Sink a Guinness at an Irish Pub

It wouldn’t be St Patrick’s Day without a taste of Guinness now, would it? Wet your whistle with a pint at Waxy O’Connors, London’s biggest Irish Bar named after the famous candle maker in Dublin.
