Lord Mayor’s Show and Fireworks
Time for a celebration! In keeping with an 800-year tradition, the Lord Mayor’s Show is one of London’s long-standing spectacles that marks the capital’s power and prosperity spanning its past, present and future. Other family activities will be going out throughout the day, ending with a fireworks display over the Thames. One not to miss!
EFG London Jazz Festival
13 November – 22 November
One to keep the music-lovers entertained, this month welcomes EFG’s annual Jazz Festival to the city. If you’re a fan of discovering new acts you’ll also be up for it, with hundreds of emerging musicians in the pipeline. Billed as ‘the best jazz festival on the planet’, there’s no better place in the world to discover jazz during these dates! Not just a festival for listening, there are events and performance workshops throughout the 10-day celebration, with many of these created with kids in mind. Taste of London: The Festive Edition
19 November – 22 November
Food-based events are always a firm favourite! Taste of London are back with a festive twist on their excellent restaurant festival. With a line-up of leading chefs and top restaurant hosts, this event will get your tastebuds tingling in excitement for the festive season with an array of treats to taste, demos to watch and fine foods to indulge in and take home with you. 20 November – 3 January
If you’re already keen to welcome that Christmas spirit with open arms, then this will definitely spark that early excitement! Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland is back, and this year it lands on the 20th November. London’s largest Christmas attraction can’t be faulted, and always delivers a day out to enjoy year after year – whether with family, friends or loved ones! There’s food, there’s drinks, there’s snow and ice (to skate on and to marvel at!) as well as shows, rides and attractions all day every day. With an unrivalled festive atmosphere, this is something that should be in everybody’s diaries during the countdown to Christmas!

Totally new for this year, our final must-go-to event of November is UFest London! This festival is youth-led and showcases the best of young London all in one place. Hosted at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, you can expect a diverse range of creative opportunities and experiences to get involved with, from the London Dance Championships to an array of music, fashion, politics and arts showcases. A unique and inspiring event – if you’re a young person in the city, it’s one to visit with your friends and enjoy.
