Most of you will be familiar with our regular London Grilling feature here at London Living. We’ve spoken to some pretty cool Londoners over the course of the year and this is set to continue, just in a rather different format, as we introduce you to our weekly ‘Twinterview’ feature. 

If you dropped in on our East Village London Twitter page at around 5pm on Monday, you’d have seen a rather entertaining conversation unfold between ourselves and legendary London street food figure The Rib Man.

This was the first instalment of our new ‘London Living Twinterview’, a no-nonsense live interview, with just ten questions and ten answers – all in 140 characters or less.

We had a great time with The Rib Man, who twittered jovially about ribs (naturally), West Ham United, his rules on dating vegetarians and experience of Brick Lane weirdness. Check out how it went below!
