My Summer of London Photography Competition

As big advocates of everything photography here at London Living, it’s with huge excitement that we announce the launch of our latest Facebook competition

And it’s a good one!

We’ve previously awarded some very lucky winners a skydive, hot air balloon flight and a day of zorbing, but this time around we’ve got something requiring a little more skill and creativity from you lot – but one that is equally enticing all the same. Londoners and photographers, listen up!

To celebrate London this summer (and why not continue to celebrate – we’ve got a lot to be proud of!), we want you all to share your favourite images of summer in our great city with us on our Facebook page; they can be images of anything, in any part of London at any time of day; be creative, traditional or minimal – they’ll all count.

Now, here’s the good bit…

We’ve teamed up with world-renowned Getty Images and the camera big guns, Nikon, to bring you a unique and exclusive prize up for grabs. This is the important bit:

Entries are welcome from both cameras and mobile phones and will be judged in those categories. Getty Images’ favourite entrants of the mobile and camera photos categories will each win a Nikon 1 J1 10-30mm kit worth £499.99 and a masterclass with a Getty Images photographer, while our three runners up will win a Nikon COOLPIX S9300 worth £279.99 each.

The best images will also be exhibited at Getty Images Gallery in Westfield Stratford this Autumn!

So, all you have to do to stand a chance of winning this fantastic prize, is to upload your very best images through our East Village Facebook competition. Good luck and happy snapping!
