September welcomes the end of Summer, but events are just hotting up in London! This London Line Up shines a light on London’s Vegan food offering, it’s world famous name as a fashion and design hub and not to forget it’s fun and wacky side too!
Broadway Vegan Market
London Fields Primary School
Every Saturday 10am-4pm
Nearest stations: Cambridge Heath (overground)
Dates: Various throughout July for the full line-up look here.
In a first for London, this weekly vegan market will be bringing together 30 of London’s best vegan food produced stalls and street traders in one place. Described by the Metro as a ‘go-to place for vegan food’, it’s home to eateries such as Eat Chay (vegan Banh Mi) and Oh my Gulay (100% plant based Fillipino Dishes). If you fancy taking something home with you, try Moist Bristol artisan hummus with a loaf from Breadwinners – a grass roots charity providing training and jobs to refugees. We also won’t judge you if you pick something for tea from the award winning Norah’s Brownies (vegan and naturally refined sugar free too!) Find out more here.

London Design Festival
Date: 15th-23rd September
The iconic setting of Ally Pally is perfect for this eccentric festival. A light, art and music festival, this one day extravaganza over looks a stunning view of the London skyline. Returning for it’s sixteenth year in 2018, this nine-day festival is a multi-event which brings to life the world of design throughout ten ‘design districts’ and two ‘design routes’. The V&A is the hub of the festival and will be host to a range of special displays and installations across the museum along with a range of events, tours and workshops from the Global Design Forum. One highlight (pictured above) is MultiPly’s interactive maze installation in the V&A’s Sackler Courtyard.
