Taking to the streets in one of Shoreditch’s most beloved venues, Dinerama, Cook Love is the latest effort from Michelin-starred Pied à Terre. In an unlikely pairing of the Eastern grit and the subtle glam of a restaurant of such prestige, top chef Asimakis Chaniotis presents a unique take on the street food concept. By having all dishes cooked in an oil drum BBQ, he aims to give his menu an unmistakable smoky flavor. The long-time Pied à Terre crowd pleaser will be making the rounds in a new format, so be sure to order the wood-fired scallops with seaweed butter.
