Our last festive walk recommendation takes us into South West London, with the beautiful Richmond Park. This park was initially created in the 17thcentury as a deer park, and now a park of importance for conserving natural wildlife. Warm yourself up with a hot drink at Pembroke Lodge tea rooms, and don’t forget to bring your camera! If you’re a budding photographer, or fancy documenting some memories of your festive family walk, we recommend keeping an eye out for deer and other exciting animals. There’s also some exciting festive events happening at the park, one being a Festive Horse Drawn Carriage Ride for two! For more information, click here. For a peaceful walk, away from the bustling city and wonderful wildlife, Richmond Park is the perfect place.
From quiet parks filled with wildlife and tea rooms tucked away from central London, to exciting Christmassy events with pop-up stalls and mulled wine, there’s plenty of fun-filled festive walks you can go on with your friends and family!
