One10 may be the most futuristic cycle studio in London, accurately monitoring your stats (e.g. speed, calories, distance) and awarding points for your progress. There are two types of classes – Nirvana and Paceline. Nirvana is a 45-minute full-body session promising a club-like atmosphere and the ride of a lifetime. Paceline is an incredibly high intensity session, focused on competing with others (speed stats of each bike are projected onto the wall at the front of the studio) and increasing fitness. The adrenaline and atmosphere from a One10 session will likely have you addicted after the first go, making your “I’m going to get fit” resolution a whole lot easier. Book your first ride here!
